In my role, I handle a variety of tasks that help keep everything running smoothly. I manage ordering parts, printing out tickets, and assisting with customer service to ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. When the team needs extra help, I also step in to package up orders, making sure every product is prepared and shipped with care.
What I truly love about my job, though, are the people I work with. My coworkers have become like a second family to me, and the supportive, friendly environment here is something I deeply value. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that genuinely cares about each other and our customers.
Outside of work, I enjoy a mix of creative and adventurous pursuits. I love to sing, travel to new places, and lose myself in a good book. One little-known fact about me is that my name was inspired by Shakespeare—my mom chose it from one of his plays.
