Having grown up surrounded by the Pool and Spa Industry. I have inherited valuable insights and skills, Including the nuances of Sales, Customer Service, and product knowledge over the years. This experience allows me to have hands-on involvement in various aspects of the business. I believe that understanding our products from both a sales and service perspective is key to delivering a positive customer experience.
My responsibilities include managing the sales team, setting sales goals, Managing Inventory, identifying market trends and customer needs, Monitoring Showroom Activity & Customer engagement. Proactive Problem-Solving, Interdepartmental Collaboration, as well as Training and Mentoring.
As much as I enjoy the many aspects of the industry, The core of my professional joy is my love for sales. . I thrive on the challenge of crafting compelling pitches and engaging customers in a way that resonates with them. Every potential client that walks into our showroom has their own unique needs, dreams, and preferences. In the end, what I love most is breaking the stigma associated with the title “Salesman” and redefining what it means to be in sales.
Even in my own personal life, I have always been a big fan of Winter! Otherwise known as prime Hot Tub Season. As an avid snowboarder, there is nothing better than going in the Hot Tub after a long day of riding!
